Petrokimia Gresik Internal Communication (PICO) is an internal communication media based on a website aimed at enhancing the company's internal communication management capabilities. PICO is designed using Single Sign-On (SSO) system, allowing Petrokimia Gresik personnel to access all internal digital platforms of the company with just one login through PICO. Additionally, PICO serves as the main information hub for all employees, offering various features such as Digital Office (DOF), Event, News, Groups, Document, Gallery, and Feeds, similar to other social media platforms.

With PICO in place, internal communication is expected to become more effective and efficient, while fostering a digital culture in the workplace.
