Banua Menabung is a digital platform in the form of an aggregator site that makes it easier for the public, especially students and students, to open savings and save collectively, limited to school/campus locations while still paying attention to PROKES, according to bank products offered by banks operating in the South Kalimantan region. OJK Regional Office 9 Kalimantan together with the Regional Government of South Kalimantan and Banking in the South Kalimantan region initiated this platform in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, to support the Government’s efforts to increase financial inclusion among students and students as directed by the President in the 2020 RATAS SNKI.
Banua Menabung is a website aimed at supporting the "One Student, One Account" program. Banua Menabung involves collaboration between the Financial Services Authority (OJK), banking institutions, and local governments in South Kalimantan Province and its districts/cities. The goal of Banua Menabung is to enhance financial inclusion among the younger generation. Through Banua Menabung, students in South Kalimantan can easily open savings accounts.
Banua Menabung provides various features to streamline administrative processes for students. This includes online registration forms for account opening. Additionally, Banua Menabung offers features to easily monitor the status of their applications. It also facilitates learning about the importance of saving and responsible financial management from an early age.
